I created this facial for the days you need to feel like yourself again — lighter, brighter, less puffy, less tense. It’s the treatment I recommend most often to clients who tell me their face feels “heavy” or “stuck,” especially after travel, poor sleep, or stress.

How it works

Your lymphatic system is your body’s drainage network — a quiet, constant process of clearing waste, excess fluid, and toxins away from your tissue. When that flow slows down, fluid pools under the skin. That’s what shows up as puffiness around the eyes, a swollen jawline, or that tight, congested feeling in your cheeks by the end of the day.

This facial works directly with that system. Using specific manual lymphatic drainage techniques — gentle, rhythmic strokes that follow your face’s natural lymphatic pathways — I encourage stagnant fluid to move toward your lymph nodes, where your body can process and eliminate it naturally. As that congestion clears, circulation improves, oxygen reaches your skin more efficiently, and the visible result is a face that looks lifted, sculpted, and noticeably less swollen.

What happens during your session

This is a full hour, and I build it in layers. We begin with a deep cleanse and skin analysis so I can adjust the pressure and pathway based on exactly where you’re holding tension or congestion that day — everyone carries it differently. From there, I apply a revitalizing mask designed to support skin renewal while I layer in red light therapy, which helps stimulate cellular repair at a deeper level while you relax. To close the session, you’ll rest on my healing sound bed — the combination of sound frequency and vibration helps your nervous system fully let go, which matters more than people realize. A tense nervous system holds onto fluid. A relaxed one releases it.

Most clients tell me this is the most relaxing hour of their week — and also one of the most visibly effective.

What to expect afterward

You’ll leave with noticeably reduced puffiness, a more sculpted jawline and cheek definition, and a brighter, more even-toned complexion. There’s no downtime, no redness, no recovery needed. Many clients book this the morning of an event specifically because the results are immediate and there’s nothing to hide afterward.

Who this is for

This facial is ideal if you’re dealing with puffiness, facial tension, dullness, or that “stuck” feeling — whether it’s from stress, travel, hormonal shifts, or simply not having had a moment to slow down in a while. It’s also a wonderful entry point if you’re new to facial lymphatic work and want to experience the benefits before exploring something more advanced like DMK Enzyme Therapy or our Buccal & Hadado Facial below.

If you have any active skin infections, recent facial injections within the past two weeks, or significant inflammation, let’s talk before booking — I always want your skin ready to receive this work, not working against it.

Advanced Buccal & Hadado Facial

Advanced Buccal & Hadado Facial

 $285

This is the treatment people ask me about most — and once I explain what’s actually happening, I understand why. It’s not a facial in the way most people think of one. It’s structural work, performed by hand, using three distinct international techniques I’ve spent years training in.

The technique: working from inside and outside the face, simultaneously

What makes this treatment genuinely different is the intraoral component. Buccal massage is performed partially from inside the mouth — using gloved hands to access and release the deep facial muscles from underneath, while working the external skin and connective tissue simultaneously from the outside. No other manual technique works the face from both directions at once.

I trained in Advanced Buccal Intraoral Face Lifting at the International Aesthetic Sculpture Face Lifting Massage School under Yakov Gershkovich — learning a level of precision that takes real time to develop. Working from inside the mouth means I can reach and release the buccinator and masseter muscles directly, releasing chronic tension and restrictions that external massage alone simply cannot access. For many clients, especially those who clench their jaw or carry stress in their face without realizing it, this is the first time anyone has worked that deep.

The second layer: Hadado and Kobido

Buccal work addresses the muscle. Hadado and Kobido address everything around it.

Hadado Face Sculpting, which I trained in through Academia SPA-Tomasik, uses precise pressure-point and lymphatic techniques to support facial contour and circulation. Kobido — a centuries-old Japanese facial massage tradition I studied at Spa Pasaulis under Vida Jankuniene in Lithuania — layers in rhythmic, sculpting strokes that lift and firm the skin’s surface while encouraging deep relaxation.

I combine all three of these techniques in a single session, moving between intraoral buccal work, Hadado pressure points, and Kobido sculpting strokes based entirely on what your face needs that day. This is not a fixed, identical-every-time protocol. Every session is built around your specific tension patterns, your skin’s response, and what I feel underneath my hands as we work.

What makes this unique

I want to be honest about why this combination is rare. Most practitioners train in one of these three techniques, if any. Training in all three — and specifically training to the level required for intraoral buccal work — takes years of dedicated, specialized education most estheticians never pursue. This isn’t a treatment you’ll find at a typical day spa. It’s the result of deliberately seeking out master teachers across three different countries because I wanted to offer something genuinely transformative, not just relaxing.

What to expect

This is structural, hands-on work, so expect deep pressure in certain areas — particularly along the jaw and cheek where buccal work happens. It’s not painful, but it is intentional and firm. Many clients describe an immediate release of tension they didn’t even realize they were holding, especially around the jaw. Afterward, your face will look visibly lifted, more sculpted, and more defined along the jawline and cheekbones. There’s no downtime and no recovery period — you can return directly to your day.

Who this is for

This treatment is ideal for anyone seeking visible lifting and contouring without injectables or surgery. It’s a powerful, non-invasive alternative to a surgical facelift for those who want natural, noticeable results — and it’s especially effective for clients who hold tension in their jaw, deal with TMJ-related tightness, or are simply looking for the most advanced non-injectable lifting option available. If you’ve considered Botox or filler specifically for jawline definition or sagging, this is the conversation I’d want to have with you first.

Because the buccal component works from inside the mouth, please let me know in advance if you have dental implants, recent dental work, braces, or any oral health concerns — I’ll always adjust the approach to make sure the treatment is both safe and comfortable for you.

If you’d like to understand the deeper science behind why these techniques work the way they do, I’ve also written about the Plasmatic Effect and DMK Muscle Banding — both work toward similar lifting goals through different mechanisms, and many of my clients combine treatments across categories for compounding results.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is buccal massage painful?

It’s intentional and firm, but not painful. Because the technique works the deep facial muscles — including from inside the mouth — you’ll feel real pressure, especially along the jaw and cheek. Most clients describe it as intense in a good way, similar to a deep tissue massage anywhere else on the body. I always check in throughout the session and adjust the pressure based on what feels right for you.

How many sessions will I need to see visible results?

You’ll notice a difference after your very first session — most clients leave with visibly reduced puffiness and a more sculpted, lifted appearance immediately. For lasting structural change, especially with the Buccal & Hadado Facial, I recommend a series of 4 to 6 sessions spaced one to two weeks apart. Like most facial sculpting work, results build cumulatively. A single session feels wonderful, but consistency is what creates a lasting transformation.

Is this a replacement for Botox or fillers?

I want to be honest with you here. These treatments will not freeze a muscle or fill in volume the way injectables do, and I never claim they will. What they can do is genuinely lift, sculpt, and firm your face naturally — by releasing tension, improving circulation, and supporting your skin’s own structure. For clients who specifically want to avoid needles or are looking for a long-term alternative to maintaining their results between injectable appointments, this is one of the most effective non-invasive options I can offer.

What’s the difference between the Signature Lymphatic Lifting Facial and the Advanced Buccal & Hadado Facial?

The Lymphatic Lifting Facial focuses primarily on drainage, de-puffing, and relaxation — it’s gentler, deeply restorative, and ideal as a regular maintenance treatment or your first introduction to facial lymphatic work. The Buccal & Hadado Facial goes significantly deeper, working the actual facial muscle structure — including intraoral buccal work — for more dramatic lifting and contouring. Many clients alternate between the two, using the Lymphatic Facial for upkeep and the Buccal & Hadado treatment for deeper, longer-lasting structural results.

Is buccal massage safe if I have dental work, braces, or implants?

In most cases, yes — but I always need to know beforehand. Because part of this treatment works from inside the mouth, please tell me in advance if you have dental implants, recent dental procedures, braces, or any oral health concerns. I’ll adjust my technique to make sure the treatment is both safe and comfortable for your specific situation. When in doubt, just ask before booking — I’d rather know upfront than guess in the chair.

Will I look swollen or red afterward?

No — these treatments have zero downtime. You may notice some mild redness immediately after, similar to a flush from a good massage, but it fades within minutes to an hour. There’s no peeling, no visible recovery period, and no reason to avoid makeup, sun, or your normal routine afterward. Many clients book either treatment the morning of an event for exactly this reason.

Can I combine these treatments with DMK Enzyme Therapy?

Absolutely, and many of my clients do. These facial sculpting treatments work on the muscle and lymphatic structure, while DMK Enzyme Therapy works at a cellular level to rebuild skin function. They complement each other well — I often build custom treatment plans that rotate between the two depending on what a client’s skin and face need most that month.

How long do the results last?

For the Lymphatic Lifting Facial, the de-puffing and brightness typically last several days to a week, depending on your hydration, sleep, and stress levels — it’s a wonderful treatment to book regularly for upkeep. For the Buccal & Hadado Facial, results from a completed series can last several months, though I always recommend periodic maintenance sessions to preserve the lifting and tone you’ve built, much like maintaining results from any structural facial work.
